DELIVERY

There is a minimum order of £15 for delivery.
Free delivery is available on orders over £50.
Orders placed after 11am on a Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

  • UK Mainland (excluding Highlands) £6.99 on orders up to £49.99

  • Scottish Highlands £10.99

COLLECTION

Collection is free however there is a minimum order of £15.
At checkout you can choose to collect your order from Cross Borders Brewery, Old Eastway Tap or Portobello Tap.

Collections are available at the following times:
Cross Borders Brewery: Friday: 5pm - 10pm & Saturday: 2pm - 10pm

Old Eastway Tap: We deliver online orders to Old Eastway Tap once a week.
Orders placed by 12pm on Tuesday will be available to collect from 12pm on Wednesday. Orders placed after this time will be available the following Wednesday.

Portobello Tap: We deliver online orders to Portobello Tap once a week.
Orders placed by 12pm on Tuesday will be available to collect from 4pm on Wednesday. Orders placed after this time will be available the following Wednesday.

Please bring ID and your order confirmation email.


RETURNS

To return an item please email webshop@crossborders.beer in the first instance and we will explain the next steps.

Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Once we receive your return we will process a refund and you will receive an email notification. Funds will return to your account within 5-10 working days.

If your order is faulty or damaged, please contact webshop@crossborders.beer to obtain a refund or replacement. To report a problem, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of damaged goods.

If your delivery is clearly damaged at the point of receiving the order, you are within your rights to refuse receipt of delivery. You must inform the courier who will arrange for the parcel to be returned to us and we'll process your refund.


exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. You should follow our returns procedure above and then place a new order for your desired item.
